Alexis Murray's group will help you gain support and
insight, as you journey through this complicated time in your
life.
Topics will include:
*Coping with your new identity
*How your relationship has changed with your partner
*Sleep
Deprivation
*Self Care
*Returning to
Work
*Postpartum depression
*And any other concerns you would like to discuss
Meetings will be held
for 8 weeks with the potential to run longer.
Time: Tuesdays,
starting April 17th, 12pm to 1:30 pm **NEW START DATE**
